To provide administrative/operational support to HEB-Ashram Halfway House.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations of the Halfway House.
- Resident Interaction: Motivate residents through daily interactions and regular engagements.
- Program Assistance: Assist in institutional programs and activities.
- Data Management: Collate statistics and information.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety of residents and the security of the Halfway House.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards.
- Asset Monitoring: Monitor and update the list of assets.
- Logistics Support: Provide logistics support for the effective functioning of the Halfway House.
- Shift Duties: Able to perform rotating shift duties.
- Other Tasks: Any other tasks as assigned by the Head/Management.
Pre-requisites:
- Education: Diploma/ITE/GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ Level with related working experience.
- Skills: Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with IT software tools (like word, excel and powerpoint) and platforms.
- License: Class 3 driving license (required).
- Eligibility: Only Singaporeans/PR may apply.
