Job Description
· In charge of one active subsidiary entity full set accounting which includes AR, AP & GL responsibilities
· Preparing Weekly Paid & Unpaid list for monitoring and update
· Monthly Preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cashflow for submission to Management & shareholders
· Assist the Finance Manager to supervise Accountant and 2 Accounts Executives on contingency purpose
· Reconcile GST and submits to IRAS on quarterly basis
· Do up Company's ECI for review before submission
· Liase with auditors and tax agent for Statutory audit and tax purpose
· Assist to prepare the Dashboard slides -financial portion where required & necessary
· Prepares annual budget for entity-in charge and revise forecast on quarterly basis
Requirements
· Meticulous, analytical and self-motivated team player who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure minimum re-works
· Positive attitude and takes initiative to update on annual SFRS revisions
· Min Diploma/ACCA in Accounting and has a keen interest in pursuing Accounting as a Career
· Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
