Job Descriptions:
- Handles full set of accounts, AP, AR.
- Managing and overseeing daily operations of the accounting department which includes: month and end year process, P/L reports, general ledger, capital assets reconciliations, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, sales report, check runs, fixed assets and debt activities.
- Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports (GST, Bank Guarantee, Forex risk, prepayment, insurance prepayment and accrual schedules, customer performance, etc) and statements.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Meet financial accounting objectives - Manage companies financial & accounting policies, systems & process, tax & regulatory requirements, processes & controls, financial planning, financial record keeping, financial reporting, financial risks, cash flow planning, financing activities
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Prepare all report asked by IRAS / survey
- Responsible for inter-co reconciliations, bank reconciliations, financial reports and variance analysis.
- Providing financial reports and interpret financial information to management.
- Manage tax compliance, reporting,cash flow and filling works.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and GST returns.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and etc.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience in SME preferred.
- Relevant 2-3 years of experiences in F&B Industry
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office
- Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to direct and supervise.
