Department: Visual Merchandising
Job Description
- Manage the visual merchandising budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and vendor management. Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality visual merchandising standards.
- Manages the overall development and execution of seasonal product presentations that align with brand strategies.
- Leads the in-store product presentation environment across all stores.
- Drives integration and consistency of product presentation across all stores.
- Support the schedule management and operations of store’s window/ in-store promotional materials from planning stage to set up.
- Liaise with external vendors/ store members on windows and in-store set ups, when necessary
- Assist any ad-hoc visual merchandising or sales floor planning duties assigned.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising relevant field and leading a team
- Preferred with experience in visual merchandising, especially window planning and/or in-store set ups
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint), Photoshop.
- Good project management, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset.
- Able to work well with the tight timeline in fast paced environment.
