• Work with client team to understand business requirements, with emphasis on human-centered design
• Identify as-is to-be state gaps and challenges
• Apply Design Thinking methodology to develop and execute solutions
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure that solutions are aligned with client’s technology directions and industry best practices
• Actively coordinate with key stakeholders for smooth deployment, operations, and maintenance
• Analyse Change Requests, propose improvements, and identify new opportunities in the digital transformation journey
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
