Primary Objective(s) of Position
- Process, review and maintain all Company’s orders
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the processes and quotations for the Company's counter customers
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
- Establish proper channels to maintain retail customer contact points
- Oversee the delivery of parts to customers by liaising with forwarders, and resolving and issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with internal department's Sales & Marketing and Finance team on payment matters to complete order processing
- Other duties as assigned by management
Person Specifications
- A diploma in Engineering/Supply Chain Management or at least 2 years of experience in the spart parts trade/supply chain management industry.
- Able to communicatewith stakeholders fluently in English
- Experience with SAP or similar ES is a plus
