Responsibilities
• Customer/Sales inquiry on provisioning status for in-scope product
• Customer/Sales request to change of commissioning date (CRD)
• Assisting Customer/Sales to check on installer information and appointment.
• Assisting Customer/Sales to make changes in appointment date and time.
• Provide update to customer on the key milestone for the provisioning of non-project managed corporate circuit if requested.
Requirements
• Diploma in Information Technology / Electronics Engineering with at least 1 year experience in service desk or customer fronting.
• Having Telco experience is a plus.
