Responsibilities:
- Manage the full Accounts Payable process, including processing and verifying supplier invoices, and scheduling payments.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system and prepare monthly/year-end schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments (warehouse, operations) and support month-end and year-end closing tasks.
- Liaise with auditors for the annual financial audit and prepare related reports.
- Continuously improve work processes and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years working experience in accounts or finance role.
- Familiar with GST reporting.
