Requirements
· With related event management / training and development working experience
· With related experience in managing SGUP/Attach and trainning program
· Good command of written and spoken English. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to communicate efficiently and possess strong presentation skills
· Highly motivated and able to multi task
· Strong administration, analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
· Self-driven, able to work independently as well as a good team player.
· Flexibility to adjust in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
• Manage the SGUP/Attach and trainning program, facilitating the smooth execution of the programme, handling claims submissions, and engaging with both employers and job seekers.
· Plan and manage Seminars / Webinars / Workshops / Asynchronous learning.
· Handle training administration (trainee registration, invoicing, course confirmation, request for training materials, post-event survey and certificates).
· Work with trainers to develop online learning resources, training videos, and e-contents to be uploaded to Learning Management System.
· Work and manage the trainers on course delivery, monitor training quality and tabulate trainer fee.
· Hosting of the virtual / in-person Seminars / Webinars / Workshops.
· Assist the Manager to organize end-to-end support for successful event conceptualisation & execution, coordination with vendors, sponsors and participants.
· Application of training grants through TP Gateway.
· Provide good customer service
· Attend to enquiries
