Job Title: Customer Service Executive(Order Processing)
Purpose: Manage order processing and ensure high customer satisfaction by handling orders, inquiries, and maintaining exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
- Process and manage customer purchase orders, stock returns, and liaise with stakeholders for smooth delivery and fulfilments.
- Generate packing lists, monitor account credits, and maintain customer account details.
- Manage credit/debit transactions and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma in Business Admin/Marketing or related field.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin preferred), strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP/Navision.
