Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse market trend and the Group's competency to formulate business and customer development strategies to be aligned with the Group's corporate strategy and goal;
- Build up market development team, set proper system and procedure, carry out incentive program and cultivate business development culture to fulfil function responsibility;
- Work out annual business plan including potential customers and amount of business to be obtained;
- Organize and allocate market development management staff with all level business units in strategy setting and activity coordination in matrix to ensure in-flow of sufficient business and achieving business target;
- Comprehend market situation and trend as well as the Group's overall status to bring in business adequately based on the Group's loading status and competency;
- Conduct customer visits with business unit heads to understand customers' potential and expectations to work out action plan for business development;
- Lead regular business development review with business unit heads by customer and by product to work out action plan for further business development;
- Set standards and work out procedures to assess each customer’s credibility for payment term;
- Support commercial due diligence and implement integration plan related to customers relationship take over or transition;
- Develop and engage external resources to support business development activities;
- Recruit, develop and motivate business development teams with capability to meet function request; and
- Maintain cross functional working relationship and interdisciplinary communication.
Job Requirements – Educational and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering;
- Over 20 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 10 years in a leadership or management position;
- Experience in the industry of mobile device/Lifestyle/Computing & peripherals/Industrial/Medical/Automotive is preferred;
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth at global level.
