A: Role and Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement and Customization:
   1. Understand Client Challenges: Engage with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and propose effective solutions.
   2. Tailor Solutions: Customize datacenter products to meet specific client requirements.
2. Infrastructure Strategy and Roadmap:
   1. Strategize Technology Roadmap: Analyze market trends and address requirements to plan the technology direction for datacenter infrastructure. Feed to BU and locally.
   2. Leadership in New Technology: Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to datacenters.
3. Solution Development and Deployment:
   1. Collaborate with R&D: Work closely with the research and development team to create innovative datacenter infrastructure products and solutions tailored to client needs. This would be BU as well as local engineering staff in Thailand and planned additions in Singapore.
   2. Product Design and Refinement: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to design and refine infrastructure solutions.
   3. Technical Oversight: Be part of overseeing the technical aspects of product development, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
4. Industry Trends and Quality Assurance:
   1. Stay Updated: Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
   2. Public facing: Spokesperson at conferences to represent Delta in SEA market
   3. Quality and Performance: Ensure that all products adhere to high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
5. Team Leadership and Mentorship:
   1. Guide and Mentor: Provide technical leadership to solution architects and engineers.
   2. Capability Development: Train the team on engineering capabilities and assessment.
