Position Overview

The successful candidate will ensure alignment of the various performance metrics to have a coherent framework for performance management to support programme objectives.

You will be part of the PMO (Programme Management Office) team, which supports the project delivery teams in the area of tracking of project performance, resource planning, risk management, and governance.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the various performance metrics and ensure their alignment to have a coherent framework for performance management to support programme objectives.
  • Analyze data and work processes to identify root causes for non-performance and make recommendations for improvement through digitalization.
  • Establish the performance management cycle with regular reporting and follow up on the measurements.
  • Prepare communication and reporting of overall IT performance towards key stakeholders
  • Prepare funding and contract papers.
  • Implement the tools, reports and dashboards including tracking of KPIs (e.g., types of funds, fund utilization, system availability and security incidents) to enable performance management.
  • Provide secretariat support for Governance meetings.
  • Ensure all reports, tracklogs and excel files used to track Demand, staff and fund movement are promptly filed in the designated folders in SharePoint.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a strong awareness of time management, meets deadlines consistently, and understands task requirements thoroughly.


To perform well in the job, candidate shall possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of direct and relevant full-time working experience in Performance Management in PMO or similar role in an IT environment.
  • Self-motivated, driven, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task.
  • Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, business analytics and intelligence tools, software and dashboards are an advantage.
  • Have an open mindset to adapt to new systems being rolled out
