Job Description
- Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare payment for daily office expenses
- Enter accurate data into the accounting system
- Assist in preparation for monthly financial statements
- Preparing monthly payment summaries and other related reports
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments.
- Any ad-hoc accounting functions as assigned
Requirement
- Nitec in Finance/Accounting or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Well-organized with a keen eye for detail
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
