Responsibilities
Assist Hotel Manager in
- manage and supervise the hotel team
- smooth running of the hotel on a day-to-day basis
- all operational procedures and service standards are maintained
- achieve sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- manage and monitor hotel expenses
- manage and track hotel inventory
- safety adherence to rules and regulations
- attend to guest queries and resolve guests’ feedback and issues
- service existing customers and develop new market territories
- team maintain high standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude
- any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- manage the cleaning team to achieve high standard of cleanliness
- property improvement and maintenance
Requirements
- 1 year of experience leading a team in a hospitality set up
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- customer service-oriented
- good and approachable personality
- bilingual in English and Mandarin (written & spoken)
- guest-focused with passion for delivering service excellence
- dynamic and positive attitudes
- people management skills
- good team player
- good time management
