Main Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:a. Oversee the planning and execution of ship cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. b. Develop and implement detailed ship cleaning plans, including task allocation, resource management, and risk assessment.
- Team Leadership and Management:a. Lead and manage the maintenance and operations team, ensuring efficient task execution and timely reporting of issues to the head office for corrective action.
- Equipment and Resource Management:a. Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and procurement processes to ensure operational readiness and compliance. b. Optimize resource allocation to improve utilization and minimize operational disruptions.
- Safety and Compliance:a. Ensure all operations follow safety protocols and industry standards, conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
- Partnership Coordination:a. Maintain effective communication and cooperation with partners such as shipyards and docks.
- Operations Center Management:a. Ensure orderly operation of the operations center, maintain discipline, and ensure tasks are completed on time while improving operational efficiency and quality.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Coordination:a. Maintain close communication with the head office service team, coordinate on-site issue resolution, and ensure smooth operation of the operations center.
- Performance Evaluation and Reporting:a. Conduct regular performance evaluations of maintenance and operations personnel, submit operational data and optimization suggestions to the head office, and oversee implementation.
- Data Analysis and Statistics:a. Collect and analyze operational data from the operations center, using statistical methods to assess performance and provide data support for management decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or higher.
- Field of Study: Preferably in marine engineering, shipbuilding, or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, capable of working in a multilingual environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly address challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Efficient organizational and project management skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with data analysis capabilities.
- Safety and Compliance: Deep understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
