YOUR ROLE:
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for continuous learning to join us as an Accounts Executive. You will making significant daily contribution for the smooth running of our finance operations delivering financial insights where relevant and supporting the relevant business decision making process. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Invoicing (Accounts Receivable)
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow-up on outstanding payments while maintaining a cordial working relationship with clients facilitating prompt issue resolution when required.
Accounts Payable Management
- Review and processes employee’s expenses submission in accordance with the company’s policy.
- Review and processes third party supplier invoices in accordance with the company’s policy.
Monthly financial closing
- Contributes to the finance team’s monthly financial closing activities
- Assist in controlling costs and identifying areas for potential savings.
Financial Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, principles, and regulatory requirements.
Others
- Collaborating cross functionally to gather financial information and to provide any financial support as needed.
- Opportunity to participate actively and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience, with a degree in accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Detailed oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize between different requirements
- Independent, resourceful and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Xero
