- Answer sales enquiries via phone or email
- Support Sales Consultants by securing sales appointments
- Making cold calls
- Provide good customer service
- Other admin duties assigned
Job Requirement
- GCE āNā Level education or its equivalent
- Prior work experience in tele-marketing is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
- Good Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
