Job Scope:
· Take care of general affairs and administrative duties.
· Manage daily administration tasks, documentation, and coordination.
· Handle administrative duties, including proper organisation of records/data keeping.
· Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to the supervisor.
· Any other ad-hoc as assigned.
Job Requirement:
· Must possess at least “O" level passes or equivalent in education level.
· Preferably with working experience specialising in Clerical/Admin support or equivalent.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
· Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Strong sense of initiative and teamwork.
· Familiar with roads in Singapore will be an advantage.
