Main Duties and Key Responsibilities
- To establish control procedures for stock.
- To check on daily guest checks and cashier reports.
- To prepare monthly F&B & Banquet sales revenue and costs report.
- To prepare monthly beverage reconciliation report.
- To conduct month end and year end stock count.
- Handle partial of accounts
- Assist the Finance department on any other daily duties.
- To assist in any other duties as and when required by the Senior Finance Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
- 1 year of relevant costing experience preferred
- Mature and able to work independently
