Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Provide business administration support to the Executives and CEOs
- Assist in negotiating, agreements, contracts, fixing vessels and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Support sales and marketing by identifying potential clients, preparing proposals as well as staying updated to the market trends and industry development.
- Prepare and review necessary documentations and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding and offering solutions to meet their expectations.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, such as strategic plans, contracts and agreements
- Work closely with other departments including operations, finance and legal to ensure the seamless execution of commercial activities and alignment with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial roles within maritime industry
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, Maritime or a related field
- Strong understanding of commercial principles in shipping, vessel operations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Honest and professional, proficient with data.
