We are hiring a Clinic Assistant, located at Upper Serangoon Road (Hougang).
Working hours:
Mondays & Thursdays : 8am to 730pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays : 8am to 2pm
Saturdays : 8am to 1pm
Sundays and PH : OFF
Responsibilities
• Manage the reception area, greeting patients, and handling phone calls professionally.
• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties including registration, verifying insurance, and managing billing.
• Process insurance claims, handle Medisave transactions, and conduct regular stock-taking of medical supplies.
• Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections.
• Provide assistance to doctors during consultations, ensuring patients' needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
Requirements
• Experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evening sessions and across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills.
