Our company is a construction company and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our tender and quotation processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Job Responsibilities :
* Assist in the preparation, formatting, and submission of tender documents and quotations from subcontractors/suppliers for tenders & projects.
* Assist in all tender activities necessary for the procurement of new projects.
* Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
* Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
* Performs all general administrative tasks;
* Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.Liaise with logistics, suppliers, and customers on delivery issues, inventory management.
Requirements :
Preferably with more than 5 years of experience in this field.
Have an excellent command of English is a must
Proficient in MYOB is added advantage
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous Willing to learn and have a positive attitude
