As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to our managers and employees, and assisting with daily office needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Provide general support to visitors
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise with the sales team to obtain missing information
- Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist in the preparation of various reports
- Maintain an accurate filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant is an advantage
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and scanners
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
