Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the grant processing team.
- Support the Director in achieving operational KPIs and objectives.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Conduct reviews of business processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance productivity.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with public sector grants and claims processing is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and communicate with team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- High level of interpersonal skills, business acumen, and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
