about the job
- Liaise closely and maintain good working relationship with the relevant service providers, including fund administrators, custodians, legal etc.
- Ensure monthly NAVs are produced in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in preparation of financial and audit reports as required
- Monitor and manage portfolio’s liquidity, trade funding, trade settlement and position reconciliation
- Ensure all activities adhere with financial regulations and industry standards
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields
- At least 3 - 5 years of Operations experience with a buy-side firm
- Working knowledge in Listed Equities, Fixed income, Money Market, Private Equities, Futures & Options
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
