Job Description:
1) North (eDistribution)
daily balancing end of day report against FMB, Meps & AMH
reject messages from North rejection queue
2) Smile (SURESWIFT and SUREFax)
monitor incoming message and route to respective depts.
Investigate unwanted incoming message
SURESWIFT EOD report with AMH
SUREFax administrator
3) FMB (Financial Messenger Broker)
Paste daily MT950 , 942 and Broadcast messages to “J” drive
construct outgoing SWIFT messages to corresponding banks on behalf of other depts
4) RMA
RMA setup & closure , daily monitoring status and update to 9 Asian branches if any
download monthly reports
5) Meps +
Provide daily RTGS account position and SGS reserve and holding position for FCD and MRMD
Verify monthly transaction billing
daily audit log report of RTGS, CAS and SGS for AIOD-ISC team
6) eGiro (G3 Bulk Payment)
upload / download of outward / inward data
verify File Maintenance report
7) MGEB
Administration of banking token
inform H.O. for token deletion
8) SWIFT
Verify monthly transaction billing
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a payment related department of a banking institution
- Familiar with the structure and usage of different Swift message types
- Meticulous, accurate and possesses good sense of urgency
- Keen to learn and willing to multi-task independently under time critical environment
- Resourceful and eager to be part of the team to deliver service excellence and possesses quality mindset
