Our client is a fantastic global experiential marketing and event agency that partner with top brands to deliver creative solutions. They are looking for a talented and motivated HR Director to join the team in Singapore.
About the role:
This role will work closely with the leadership team to provide strategic guidance on overall people strategy including talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development
- Building relationships with key business stakeholders to design and implement the people strategy within the company.
- Advising stakeholders and managers on HR matters
- Analyse, review and improve the current policies and procedures surrounding people processes for the company
- Build up the talent plan in alignment with business growth plans while helping grow and develop talent to meet future needs
- Implementing people engagement initiatives to drive employee morale, health, and well-being
- Developing, implementing, and sustaining the company's culture by promoting values, ethics, and behaviours that align with the organisation's mission and vision.
- Designing and implementing learning and development programs that support employee growth and skill enhancement
- Reviewing and improving on the performance management processes, including regular feedback, goal-setting, and performance appraisals
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR policies and practices remain compliant
Experience and skills required:
- At least 7 years of experience in a HR related capacity
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, local employment laws and regulations
- Strong business acumen and relationship building skills among diverse personalities, building trust and credibility with team members, employee population, managers, and senior level management
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Ability to think strategically and provide guidance and advice with confidence.
- Expertise in developing and managing innovative talent programs, initiatives and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrable understanding and application of employment and labour laws.
- Knowledge and practical application of organizational effectiveness and change management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional consultation, coaching, facilitation, organizational and change management skills. Training and or coaching experience is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills.
