We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer cum Event Coordinator. This role requires responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various marketing and event initiatives to promote K. STAR Branding. This role involves coordinating promotional campaigns, managing social media accounts, organizing events, and supporting overall marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role requires to provide excellent customer service support and building data and leads for the event marketing.
Graphic Design
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media posts, banners, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain brand identity through consistent design across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative content for campaigns and events.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality graphics.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure innovative and modern designs.
Event Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion, including corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and materials.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate event marketing, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and print advertising.
- Prepare event materials such as signage, programs, and promotional items.
- Oversee event setup, registration, and on-site activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent attendee experience.
- Collect feedback and analyze event success to provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Assist in Video Shooting and editing during corporate event.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Event Coordinator, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and successful events.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
