Operations Manager

Aurora Health Pte. Ltd.

The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of Aurora Health. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. The Operations Manager will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight: Oversee and manage daily operations, including production, logistics, quality control, and maintenance.
    Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  2. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
    Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
  3. Resource Management: Allocate and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production and service demands.
    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities.
  4. Process Improvement and Efficiency: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for increased efficiency and productivity.
    Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process excellence.
  5. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure products/services meet or exceed customer expectations.
    Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address quality issues.
  6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    Develop and maintain safety protocols, conduct regular safety training, and monitor adherence.
  7. Vendor and Supplier Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to secure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
    Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize terms and conditions.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
