Job Description
· Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Company’s ISO & OSHAS policies.
· Enforce all safety legislation and in-house safety rules and regulations.
· Investigate all incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
· Update and keep proper safety records, incident reports and statistics.
· Lead team in safety audits by MOM and must be able to submit all required documents.
.Identify safety hazards and implement a comprehensive site safety management systems to manage risks and reduce accidents.
.Develop documentation for the Project-Risk assessment , Safework procedures .Present safety briefings and coordinate WSH programmes
.Conduct Internal Safety related training to stakeholders
.Manage and lead a team of WSH Coordinators and WSH supervisors.
.Organize safety promotion and health campaigns, training courses
· Interacting, reporting and providing company representation to all business divisions relating to particular aspects of EHS affairs, compliance matters, enforcement actions, remedial activities and regulatory affairs.
· Interfacing with external professional services, customers, regulators, industry and represent company at public meetings, hearings, and perform public relations duties.

Requirements
· Diploma / Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or other relevant subjects.
· Must be a MOM registered Safety Officer (Registered WSHO), ECO is an additional benefit.
· At least 3 years of experience in WSH field, preferably in construction industry.
· Able to provide hands-on support to sites as well as ability to take a strategic approach to improving EHS performance.
· Strong communication skills, strong English language skills.
· Collaborative approach, strong team-working skills, dynamic, self-motivated.
