The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual who is interested to be a part of the planning and coordination that goes into video and film production.
As an Assistant Producer, you will work closely on projects with the Producers and the production team. These projects range from high-end corporate shoots to mid-sized commercial projects.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Off-Set
- Assist the Producers to plan, schedule and coordinate shoots and pre-production meetings.
- Assist the production department to ensure that production supplies are kept neat and replenished.
- Liaise with external parties to facilitate the logistics required for prospective shoots.
- Manage administrative paperwork and accounts related to the production.
On-Set
- Facilitate the smooth running of a shoot whilst on-set.
- Facilitate the craft services dept of the shoot whilst on-set.
- Assist the Producer and Production Manager with on-set duties, such as managing external parties and freelancers where required.
Additional Notes:
- Required language(s): English
- Prior work experience will be strongly preferred but not essential; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Graduates from a Media-related course will be strongly preferred.
Specific Requirements
Salary: $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 /month; offer varies based on experience.
