As Store Assistant Manager at Converse, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- To manage store sales performance, coordinate in-store promotional activity; managing store operation, recruitment and team building.
- Establish weekly sales objectives for the store and personnel.
- Work with Sales & Operation Manage to achieve sales goals and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided in the store.
- To manage staff monthly duty roster and time sheet. Planning and execution in shift schedules.
- To manage and control staff cost and shrinkage goals within the store.
- Ensure store present merchandise in a manner that will maximize sales that are reflective of Converse Visual Merchandising direction.
Requirements:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words.
- Passion for sneakers, fashion, and streetwear culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong follow-through capabilities.
- Resourceful, meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
