Responsibilities
- Handle administrative functions of project and schedule
- Keeps track of project control/monitoring documents and files and circulate those documents
- Implement Project Document Management System and process
- Collect and store the project completion documents
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
- Update status of all documentations in shared folder
- Prepare the documents, charts and presentation as per request from Project or Site Manager
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Pre-requisites
- N/O/ A level/ Diploma holder in business administration / construction management or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of document control working experience in the construction industry
- Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
