Responsibilities:
- Send Enquiry / Requisitions to suppliers for quotation
- Processing Purchase Requisition & Issue of Purchase Orders
- Follow up closely with suppliers for on time delivery and quality of products
- Follow up payments to suppliers with Accounts Department
- Perform inventory and administrative tasks such as updating databases and filing
- Liaise with the warehouse on any shortage / damage of goods when items arrive and follow up with the supplier accordingly
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistic Management or equivalent
- Able to communicate well & written in English and Mandarin to liaise with English/Chinese speaking suppliers
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 1 year of procurement experience preferred

- Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) 8.30 am to 1.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
