Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations in line with agreed company systems and processes.
- Ensure the sales orders are processed via SAP (or equivalent ERP system) and dispatched on-time by effectively managing.
- Reporting on Service Delivery activities, timelines, and forecasts for upcoming deliverables.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service through regular, structured communication with staff, customers, and other departments within the company.
- Liaise with other sections to ensure delivery schedules.
- Participate in appropriate communication at regular meetings and forums.
- Co-ordinate the RMA process for meters and modems. This will include assisting with creation of RMAs, processing through the system and return of repaired meters to customers.
- Manage the warranty replacements for any meters/modems that cannot be repaired and are covered by warranty.
- Represent Asia sales at Sub-risk committee.
- Collection and maintenance of all tender documents and Customer Survey form (inclusive of subsidiaries) in the company server for JSOX audit & ISO audit (internal & external)
- Any other relevant duties as reasonably directed by your Manager/Supervisor
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience
