Job Description
As an Admin Officer, you will be required to:
- Coordinate meetings such as monthly corporate meetings, board meeting and safety meetings.
- Organize company events and activities such as CNY activities, 7th month prayers.
- Organizing gifts for customers such as CNY gifts, Mid-autumn gifts, Christmas cards and TSS annual gifts.
- Administer ISO-ISM Audits.
- Provide administrative support for engineering department.
- Update reports and maintain systems and data.
- Undertake additional projects and tasks if there is any.
Requirements :
- Minimum A Level/ Diploma, Credit in English is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in project coordination
- Proactive attitude with an outgoing disposition
