As a Non-Financial Risk Analyst, the incumbent will oversight the Non-Financial Risk Control Model from the second line of defence (2LoD), reporting to the Head of Non-Financial Risks and in total coordination with the First line of defence (1LoD)
Responsibilities
- Define & maintain the policies and procedures of Operational Risk Management
- Perform Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) exercises
- Oversight the following: Internal Control Model, Fraud Management control model, especially in Global Market activities, Incident Reporting Management, Operational Risk Losses database, Vendor Management Program, Scenario analysis and Operational Risk Indicators
- Business Continuity Plan Oversight
- Preparation for periodic reporting of major non-financial risks and evolution plans
- Provide Operational Risk training to Business and Support Areas
- Follow-up on Audit recommendations
Requirements
- Min 4 years of proven experience in Operational Risk or similar such as Internal Audit
- good working knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking (C&IB) Products
