Agency Executive Cum Boarding Agent
Responsibilities
- Attends Company vessels calling Singapore and assists in inward and outward clearance including arrangement of Tug/Pilots as required.
- Liaises with Master in respect of notices, arrival formalities and or other related information with regards to Singapore call.
- Act as husbandry agent for the port of Singapore / including supplies, bunkering.
- Assists for crew change, launch, mail, immigration formalities, cash to master etc.
- Assists office personnel or other personnel for visa and transport arrangements.
