about the job
You will be an experienced conflicts analyst with the ability to utilise various screening tools, assisting with new business intakes whilst preparing and escalating conflicts reports. You will be integral in ensuring regulatory adherence and identifying clashing interests that might arise at the point of receipt of new matters or incoming clients.
about the manager/team
You will be part of the new business intake team working in tandem with managers both domestically and internationally together with an additional peer analyst on the ground in Singapore. You will be covering the APAC and Greater China region.
skills and experience required
At least 1 year of conflicts and/or compliance screening work particularly in a legal or professional services firm is essential for this role. Prior experience in the utilisation of Intapp Open, World Check, Reuters, Lexis Nexis, etc or equivalent screening tools will be highly desirable. Additional Asian language ability will be advantageous.
