Contract Duration: 6 Months Contract (Extendable)
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $3,400 per month
Job Responsibilities:
· Registration of local and external participants for courses;
· Payments to instructors (regular liaising and coordination with different types of instructors);
· Coordination with other divisions on administration matters such as email correspondences, attendance in meetings and briefings; and
· Ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any discipline
· Preferably 1 year of experience in Training Administration.
· Prior working experience in government agencies will be preferred.
· Only Singaporeans.
