Overview
The Industry Practice Lead for Communications Platform-as-a Service (CPaaS) shall drive the go-to-market enablement and develop enterprise segment marketing/sales programs with our Bridge Member Operators (BMOs) to drive the Bridge’s regional products and services to the market/region. This will involve working alongside the BMOs in engaging the enterprise customers or channel partners to jointly achieve the revenue targets set.
Job Description
The candidate shall be responsible for the following:
- Develop the market strategy to leverage on the Bridge regional product suite to drive revenues for the BMOs’ enterprise segment
- Identify the key customer segments to target, and jointly develop the GTM plans with the BMOs
- Develop the sales plans and product pitch decks, as well as ensure that the BMOs’ sales teams are enabled to proficiently sell the CPaaS products launched in the market
- Work with the BMOs to launch new products or features, including supporting the BMOs in pitching to the enterprise customers
- Assist BMOs in their customer engagements to help position, promote and sell Bridge’s CPaaS platform
- Work closely with BMOs and technology partner to put together the solution that meets customer needs as well as the commercials that will win customer deals.
- Organise the enablement program for the various stakeholders from the BMOs, including putting in place the necessary processes from pre-sales, solutioning, implementation, provisioning, support, as well as billing and settlement.
- Engage our BMOs at various levels, including conducting regular cadence meetings to develop, align and track the performance objectives, financial targets, customer opportunities as well as key milestones of implementation
- Ensure a close working relationship with BMOs and partners, proactively seek their feedback as well as understand their needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business (Marketing) or equivalent.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role with a strong focus on indirect sales and channel development for a software / CPaaS platform product company. Track record of achieving targets for with partner recruitment, enablement, opportunity generation and revenue.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of the workings of reseller, systems integrator and Telecommunication ecosystem. Past relationships and network is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and able to interact with technical and business counterparts both within and outside the company.
- Team player with positive attitude.
Starting salary will be commensurate with the years of work experience.
