Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the achievement of Fragrance Sales Budget for the region (includes Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Korea, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Pakistan).
  • Plan and direct the yearly strategy meeting to direct and support the sales team on the formulation of rolling 3-year strategies for short and long-term growth.
  • Lead the yearly sales budget meeting with regards to overall regional sales budget and account plans. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Set agenda for sales budget meeting to ensure that critical issues and problems are resolved to assist the Sales Personnel in achieving their budget.
  • Responsible for monitoring and consolidating monthly sales against budgets for all accounts in the region in collaboration with the affiliate sales team and review action plans for achieving the total budget for the year.
  • Chair, manage, coordinate, and monitor all monthly sales and project update calls with country teams as well as creative (reactive and proactive) projects between Affiliates/Clients and internal Departments via Project Management Board.
  • Travel within the region required to ensure all sales activities are in accordance with the business plan.
  • Managing distributors by developing and maintaining Critical Action Plan to achieve the sales targets.
  • Generate and submit monthly consolidated regional sales report to the Management on the status of the Fragrance division in the region.
  • Keep abreast of Fragrance trends, concepts, and applications.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent to years of experience
  • At least 10 years of regional sales experience in the Fragrance industry or FMCG or related industry
  • Knowledge of Fragrances or Fragrance products is preferred
  • Results-driven with a proven track record in sales or business development role
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with customer service mindset
  • Strong business acumen and strategic business planning
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Value and build long term sustainable relationships with customers
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and strong team spirit
  • Possess good business and ethical knowledge for regional travel required when necessary
