The overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.
Responsibilities:
- Must have Singapore any course certificate- such as coretrade, lifting supervisor and other related certificate.
- Supervising and instructing the team as well as sub-contractors.
- Educating staffs on safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Maintaining an accurate record of employee performance, attendance & give guidence to improve business.
- Recommending and updating changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Proven experience working as a senior supervisor or manger is a must.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
