Job Descriptions:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Prepare and submit SST returns and ensure timely payments
• Provide support during audits
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
• Conduct the auditing of financial and operational in various departments
Requirements:
· Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
. Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role
. Strong understanding and experience with SST (Sales and Service Tax) regulations and reporting
and internal auditing
· Attention to detail and accuracy in work
· Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards
