- Collaborate with our internal legal team for final review and alignment of contracts before proceeding to sign agreements. Ensure that all legal requirements and obligations are met to protect the interests of the company.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to contracts and contractual obligations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and systems for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Build Trust:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure transparency and clear communication throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Address and resolve conflicts or concerns with integrity and professionalism.

- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., legal, finance, procurement) to ensure alignment and seamless contract management.

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
