Partner with the best
As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll manage the transportation and logistics of goods to and from our suppliers as well as customers. Collaborating with other teams (e.g Purchasing and Customer Service) and you’ll facilitate the efficient service delivery for customers. You will ensure your duties are carried out in compliance with Baker Hughes and Health & Safety practices.
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.
- Managing Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Operation Plans.
- Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributing to project as a team member.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor's degree and equivalent.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in logistics from oilfield industry
- Have knowledge about license required for transportation and government regulations etc.
- Have ability to work independently.
- Have good problem-solving skills.
- Be a team player and display good oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
