Job Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with project team in handling EOT matter and change management.
2. Resolve contractual matter with stakeholder & Sub-Contractor.
3. Review contracts documents to ensure a clear understanding of terms, obligations, and requirements.
4. Support project team on Main contract and subcontracts contractual issues.
5. Maintain a comprehensive record of all contract-related documentation, including changes, amendments and correspondences.
6. Identify and address potential contract disputes.
7. Manages contractual claim, disputes, settlements and resolution.
8. Assist to establish and implement project specific commercial procedures, particularly regarding to correspondences, notifications, notices, insurances, warranties and variation requests/orders and claim preparation files.
9. Review tender documents as and when necessary.
Job Requirement:
1. At least 5 years of working experience in construction industry.
2. Good in contract interpretation and letter writing.
3. Knowledge in construction / contract law & different standard forms of contracts, i.e. PSSCOC, SIA, Redas, FIDIC, etc.
4. Experience in Arbitration, mediation, litigation etc is preferred.
