Job Description:
As a Full-Time Premier Youth Development Consultant, you will design, implement, and assess impactful development programs for exceptional youth. You will offer personalized coaching, foster leadership abilities, and assist young individuals in achieving their academic and career goals. Collaborating closely with students, parents, and educational institutions, you will provide outstanding support and create valuable development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Design and Execution: Create and manage comprehensive development programs that cater to the unique needs of exceptional youth, including leadership training, academic enrichment, and career guidance.
- Personalized Coaching: Deliver individualized and group coaching focused on goal setting, skill enhancement, and overcoming challenges.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Perform assessments to identify strengths, areas for growth, and developmental needs. Continuously evaluate and refine program effectiveness to optimize outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with parents, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with developmental goals and provide regular progress updates.
- Workshops and Seminars: Plan and lead workshops, seminars, and events designed to inspire and equip youth with essential skills and knowledge.
- Mentorship: Serve as a mentor, offering guidance in academic performance, extracurricular activities, and career planning.
- Resource Development: Develop and curate educational resources, tools, and materials to support development programs and enhance learning experiences.
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in youth development and education to continually enhance program offerings.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Education, Psychology, Youth Development, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in counseling or coaching are advantageous.
- Proven experience in youth development, coaching, or consulting, particularly with high-potential or elite individuals.
- Strong knowledge of educational systems, leadership development, and career planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with youth, parents, and educators.
- Demonstrated capability to design and implement effective development programs and interventions.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools for program management and communication.
