Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Manage all client interactions and communications on-site.
- Serve as the primary contact for new clients.
- Maintain and update client profiles in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Develop and establish contact and rapport with potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and client behaviors, working in conjunction with the Head of Department, Business Development, and Marketing Teams to devise new initiatives.
- Generate new sales leads and manage direct sales ("Hunter" role).
- Produce and present weekly sales reports.
- Monitor tender leads and participate in the bidding process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to the Head of Business Development during trade shows, conferences, meetings, and activities with principals and clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in sales and/or engineering industry
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel around Singapore most of the time
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Background in sales and engineering
